Day 1
Depart New York, NY (JFK) or Washington, DC (DULLES) on your South African Airways flight to Johannesburg, South Africa.

Day 2
Upon arrival in Johannesburg collect your luggage and then clear Customs & Immigration. Make your way by airport shuttle to the Southern Sun OR Tambo International Airport.

Day 3
After breakfast this morning, make your way back to Johannesburg's Oliver Tambo International Airport for your regional flight to Maun. On arrival you will be met and assisted to your light charter flight to the camp.
Camp Moremi is situated on the beautiful Xakanaxa Lagoon on the eastern edge of the permanent Okavango Delta, within the Moremi Wildlife Reserve. The camp accommodates only 22 guests in Eastern African-style safari tents, individually situated on the raised teak platforms with private adjacent facilities and viewing decks most offering unsurpassed views of the Xakanaxa Lagoon.. Lodge facilities include a swimming pool, sun deck and thatched boma , tree lodge lounge, wildlife reference library, dining room and cocktail bar.
Game drives in open 4x4 vehicles, both in the morning and late afternoons, offer frequent sightings of lion, leopard and cheetah as well as wild dog. Alternatively, guest can explore the Xaxanaka Lagoon and surrounding Okavango channels by motorboat.

Day 4
Track big game on morning and afternoon game drives by open 4x4 safari vehicle in the Moremi Wildlife Reserve, renowned for frequent sightings of lion, leopard & cheetah, as well as wild dog. Other game in the area includes hyena, hippo and the full range of antelope, large and small, including the red lechwe. Alternatively, explore the Xakanaxa Lagoon and surrounding Okavango channels by motorboat, affording guests exceptional bird-watching opportunities, as birdlife is prolific and varied, ranging from water birds to shy forest dwellers. Before returning to the lodge on your afternoon activity, enjoy sundowners with views of Botswana's breathtaking sunsets.

Day 6
After a morning game drive her, continue your Botswana experience with a flight to Kasane Airport and a short transfer to your lodge in the Chobe Game Reserve.
Overlooking the Chobe River and the Caprivi floodplains, the iconic Chobe Game Lodge is the only permanent safari lodge within the Chobe National Park. This means quicker access to the park for your game drives! The lodge accommodates up to 94 guests in absolute luxury. Rooms are river-facing, and include minibars, en-suite bathrooms, tea and coffee making facilities as well as private terraces.
This afternoon choose your safari activity! Game viewing by boat along the Chobe River is highly recommended. Watch the herds of elephant as they come down to drink and play at the waters edge, look out for lazy hippos floating in the water and for crocodiles sunning themselves on the river banks

Day 8
After your morning game viewing, its time to bid the wildlife of Botswana goodbye and transfer over the border into Zimbabwe to experience Victoria Falls
You will check in to the Victoria Falls Hotel and then later this afternoon depart on a romantic sunset cruise along the Zambezi River.

Day 9
This morning enjoy a guided tour of the magnificent Victoria Falls which is one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. This walking safari takes you through the magnificent rain forest where you are able to view the Cataracts, Livingstone's statue and a wide variety of birds and plants. Situated on the Zambezi River, on the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe, the Falls are approximately 1.7km/1mile wide and 128m/420feet high. They are considered a remarkable spectacle because of the peculiar narrow slot-like chasm into which the water falls, so one can view the falls face-on. David Livingstone, a Scottish missionary and explorer, who was the first European to see the Falls wrote: "Scenes so lovely must have been gazed upon by angels in their flight". The Victoria Falls is the largest single sheet of water in the world, and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Thereafter transfer to the airport for your regional flight on South African Airways to Johannesburg.
Connect on to your international flight on South African Airways back to the USA.
